Rayona Arteaga, NASM  CPT, CES has 28 years experience in the fitness industry. Her experience includes individual personal training, small group training, competitive bodybuilding, general manager of a large health club, and she currently owns and operates a local, private training studio.  Rayona is available to 360 Soccer Training members to provide sports performance enhancement oriented training and specializes in core stabilization, corrective exercise and rehabilitation.  Rayona will help improve your game by focusing on training the entire kinetic chain utilizing all planes of movement while establishing high levels of functional strength and neuromuscular efficiency.  Her approach develops all the components necessary to achieve physical, physiological and performance improvements including:  functional strength, neuromuscular efficiency, functional flexibility, and metabolic and nutritional efficiency.
